All readings are sent directly to your email inbox. If you haven’t received your reading within the anticipated time, please check your "Junk Email" folder in MS Outlook or any other email service you use. The email might have been mistakenly sent there due to spam filters or other security settings. By checking this folder, you can ensure you receive the insights you’re looking for without delay.


When you send in a question, make sure to include enough details so we can really get what you're asking. While getting accurate predictions is important, asking the right question is even more important. If you've got something urgent, having a well-thought-out question allows us to provide a Tarot Reading rich in valuable insights. Payment Australia:

Once your booking is confirmed, a prepayment is necessary to secure your Email Tarot reading. An invoice with the total amount due will be sent to you, and full payment must be made upon receipt to finalize your booking, after which we will begin preparing your reading.

 

International Payment:

The Tarot reading fee is in Australian dollars (AUD) and includes GST. For those outside Australia, your bank will determine the currency conversion rate on the transaction date.

 

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to adjust your plans. Therefore, you have the option to cancel your request within 24 hours of submitting it to us. However, please be advised that once we have begun preparing your reading or if it has already been sent to you, cancellation is no longer possible. We encourage you to consider your questions carefully before submitting your request to ensure that you are fully committed to the process.
