Throughout the course, you'll master the art of channeling Reiki energy through your own hands, with a strong focus on self-healing. You'll also discover how to ground and protect yourself during energetic healing, and how to perform Reiki healing for friends and family, pets and plants.

The training also offers energy revitalization, protection, and grounding techniques to enhance your journey.

The course features an interactive session for mastering hand positions. To prepare you for working on others, you'll learn to ground and protect yourself by using a sacred symbol from the Tibetan Usui Lineage and the Reiki shower, an energy-balancing cleansing technique to purify your energy field.

• Choose between a one-day or two-day in-person Reiki 1 training, with start and end times arranged to suit your schedule

• This Reiki course comprises a total of 10 hours and is recognized by the Australian Reiki Connection Inc.

• A four-step attunement process to open your channels for Reiki energy

• Absent healing to support your clearing for the next 21-28 days

• Follow up during the 28 days and at the end of 28 days for additional support

What to bring to the Reiki-1 Private Training Course:

• Clear quartz crystal to be cleansed and charged with Reiki energy (if preferred)

• Pendulum for practice - if not, one will be supplied

• Water bottle, snacks, and lunch/dinner

• Notebook or notepad and a pen

• Pillow, blanket, and yoga mat for lying down - if not, they will be provided

• Wear comfortable clothing

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the course. Cancellations made within seven days of the course will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations on the day of the training.
