Usui Reiki-1: Beginner

This is the first level of your Reiki journey! This course is perfect for anyone interested in understanding how Reiki works, its benefits, and focusing on self-healing. Whether you're new to Reiki or have some prior experience, you'll learn to channel this gentle, soft healing energy.

During the course, you will learn to channel Reiki energy through your own hands, with an emphasis on self-healing first. This training will guide you in unblocking and balancing your energy, and releasing what no longer serves you. You'll also learn how to ground and protect yourself during energetic healing, and how to perform Reiki healing for friends, family, and loved ones.

Reiki can help heal you on mental, emotional, and physical levels, and it can also enhance your self-esteem and self-confidence, aiding your personal development. It will assist you in making new life choices as you learn to tap into your intuition and let go of old habits. The training will also provide energy revitalization, protection, and grounding techniques.

You can begin to feel and experience the energy flow in either a one-day, 10-hour workshop or a two-day workshop with 5 hours each day. The course includes an interactive session for learning hand positions. To prepare you for working on others, you will learn to ground and protect yourself using a non-traditional symbol and the Reiki shower, an energy-balancing cleansing technique to help clear your energy field.

Everyone is welcome, and no prior knowledge is needed, although we highly recommend experiencing previous Reiki sessions!

Students need to bring to the course:

• Quartz based crystal (clear quartz) to be purified and infused with Reiki

• Water bottle, snacks and lunch/dinner

• Notepad or notebook and a pen

• Pillow, blanket and yoga mat to lie-down

• Please wear comfortable clothes
